Okay, this is really weird, but what I did is I took a picture of me cosplaying as Kumi into Photoshop, made an outline of it, then colored it in anime style.

I did the same thing with my panda, Honotan.

Did you take the picture and then trace over a photo, or did you scan (or download) it and made it a lineart from there? Either way, it's a neat idea. Very cute! ^___^
